Eligibility Criteria:

  • Specialist (Port & Infrastructure):
    • A master’s degree in civil engineering, marine engineering, coastal and harbor engineering, or related fields from a respectable international university recognized by the HEC
    • 12 to 15 years of practical experience in terminal development, dredging, breakwater building, port planning, design, or large-scale marine project management
    • a track record of success with international ports or large-scale infrastructure projects (exposure to ports in the Middle East, Singapore, China, or Europe will be a major benefit)
    • comprehensive understanding of environmental impact assessments, international codes (PIANC, BS, Eurocodes), FIDIC conditions, and maritime safety requirements
  • Specialist (Business Support):
    • A master’s degree from an accredited national or international university in business administration, economics, finance, project management, or a similar discipline
    • 12–15 years of senior-level expertise in financial modeling, feasibility studies, public-private partnerships (PPP), industrial zone development, investment promotion, or port/estate commercialization
    • Proficiency in tariff modeling, investor outreach, bankable project structuring, and multilateral agency coordination
  • Age Limit: 45–58 years (relaxable for exceptionally qualified candidates)
  • Preference: Strong preference for candidates with foreign qualifications and direct international consultancy experience
  • Other Requirements: Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills; proficiency in MS Office and project management software
