The Project Director (Civil Works) will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and supervision of the Liver Transplant Institute at Naseerabad. - Education: Minimum 16 years of education with specialization in Civil Engineering or relevant field. Additional qualifications such as Master in Engineering, MBA, MPA, Project Management (PMP), Public Policy, MPH, or equivalent from HEC-recognized institutions will be given preference.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Project Management or relevant field(s), with advanced knowledge of project management fundamentals, particularly government of Pakistan’s project planning & management processes and procedures. Previous experience in Balochistan will be an added advantage.
- Age Limit: Minimum 40 years – Maximum 62 years (as on the closing date of applications i.e., 20-12-2025). Age will be calculated on the last date of submission of application.
- Domicile: Only applicants who reside in Balochistan are qualified.
- Strong leadership, outstanding communication, contract and procurement management, monitoring and evaluation, and stakeholder coordination abilities are all necessary.
