Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (from an HEC-recognized institution).
- Higher qualifications (Master’s/PhD) will be given preference.
Professional Experience (Mandatory)
- Minimum 03 years of experience at a senior-most management role (CIO/CTO/COO or equivalent).
- At least five years of senior leadership experience in an IT department or business.
- demonstrated expertise in developing a startup or IT organization, including team structure, KPIs, hiring, and workflow management.
- Practical knowledge of server systems, storage, firewalls, networks, LAN/WAN, and troubleshooting.
- At least three years of practical expertise in enterprise-level ERP system design, development, implementation, and management.

Required Skills
Strategic leadership, ERP mastery (SAP/Oracle/custom), strong project management, cybersecurity understanding, team-building ability, and excellent communication skills.
