Settlement & Digitization of Land Record:
The Settlement & Digitization of Land Record Merged Districts is a prestigious World Bank-assisted project aimed at complete settlement and digitization of land records in the former FATA region. Selected candidates will work in a professional, transparent, and corruption-free environment with fixed monthly remuneration as per approved project policy. These positions are purely temporary and will automatically stand abolished upon project completion, but offer excellent experience in modern land revenue systems and GIS-based settlement operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Domicile: Only candidates having domicile of Merged Districts (ex-FATA)
- Age Limit: As per existing Government rules (relaxable in deserving cases)
- Experience:
- For Settlement Tehsildar & Girdawar: Retired Government Revenue Officials (preferably Tahsildar/Girdawar) with relevant land settlement experience
- For Personal Assistant: Minimum 3 years relevant experience + shorthand speed 40/45 wpm
- Education:
- At least 2nd Division Bachelor’s degree from HEC-recognized university (for PA)
- Retired officials must have served in relevant capacity
- Other: Preference will be given to candidates from southern merged districts
